Your Tasks
- To restore service by repairing or swapping equipment at the customer site in standard situations.
- Perform IMAC/Ds request.
- Perform hands and eyes support under guidance for infrastructure products.
- Perform deskside support - help end users in terms of issues/problems with their workplace environment.
