Projektbeschreibung
OVERVIEW
- Adheres to all customer guidelines and conducts self in a professional manner
- Help desk responsibilities, IMAC activities, and general deskside support of production as well as corporate end users
- Position is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday with occasional project work scheduled for evenings/weekends
- Some local travel may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must already have CompTIA A+ certification
- Strongly prefer existing certifications with OEM laptop and desktop warranty repair
- Experience with asset management processes
- Should have deployed assets as part of past rollout upgrade projects
- Well versed in ticketing system for tracking incidents
- Demonstrated past experience with collaboration tools
- Ability to balance physical requirements of asset management
- Must present professionally in demeanor and appearance
- Capability to focus on service delivery in the customer workspace
- Ability to self-manage and work with remote team
- Must have strong communications and strong technical ability
- Demonstrated history of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Energy and focus to work consistently
- Must live within 30-40 minutes of drive time for this location
- Must run background check and drug screen
