Field Service Technician

FIELD SERVICE COMPUTER TECHNICIAN ST LOUIS, MO CONTRACT

We re looking for a Tech with good install, hardware, adds, moves and changes (IMAC) skills and the ability to repair printers, desktops and laptops to support multiple sites within an approximately 60 mile radius.

This Field Tech will support our new banking client primarily in downtown St Louis but also with branches throughout the surrounding suburban area.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Deskside support, IMAC, system refreshes as well as Dell PC/laptop/server break-fix. Extensive HP printer break-fix is also to be expected. Hours/shifted work weeks are Monday thru Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Reliable transportation is necessary to fulfil the territorial demands when necessary.

A+ REQUIRED, DELL & HP CERTS DESIRED.

Besides the mandatory technical aptitude, candidates must have excellent customer service skills, operate with a sense of urgency and be able to work successfully.
