OVERVIEW OF TASKS:

- Follows established process and procedures to plan, install, test, and implement computer system hardware or software technologies
- Interacts with customer responding to technical questions or request for information
- Troubleshoots systems hardware and software to ensure operational and functional compatibility with interfacing/interacting systems, subsystems, equipment, and computer applications

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

- 5 years of related work experience
- Windows XP and Windows 7 experience
- VBS Scripting knowledge
- HP/Dell hardware repair
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- A+ certification (can get within 90 days of being hired)

Experience in the following a PLUS:

- PC imaging technologies (Ghost, Powerquest, WinImage, etc.)
- Kix Scripting
- VB.NET programming
