Field Service Technician

DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN/FIELD SERVICE

Technician needed to provide deskside support in the DuPage County area for our client in the medical field with 44 offices in the Downers Grove/Wheaton/Naperville IL area.

- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Works in a fast-paced environment with high degree of technical skills, excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A+ CERTIFICATION A REQUIREMENT WITH EXPERIENCE IN FIELD DISPATCH OF DELL AND HP DESKTOPS/LAPTOPS.
- This position involves support of standard software programs as well as medical applications.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong work ethic.
- May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and requires at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- NETWORK EXPERIENCE A PLUS.
