Field Service Analyst

Our client in Lismore is seeking an experienced IT FIELD SERVICE ANALYST to join their enthusiastic team focusing on the delivery of onsite service and support for their key customers.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Provide day to day desktop software and hardware support
- Deliver high level customer service by ensuring adherence to IT Operational Level Agreements and IT Service Level Agreements
- Ensure the documentation of all processes and solutions for technical problems have addressed
- Manage device configuration and TCP/IP allocation and ensure the deployment of printers and Citrix clients as required
- Ensure that all IT equipment is maintained in the Asset Database and that regular checks are completed
- Work with relevant IT Teams including Server/Network and other teams on the delivery of ad-hoc projects

TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Previous experience in an IT Support role
- Experience with Client Management tools and in particular LANDesk
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business
- Working knowledge of MS Operating Systems, Active Directory and MS Applications
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN environments
- Understanding of print technologies
- Proven knowledge of Citrix environment and associated thin computing technology will be highly advantageous
