FIELD ACTION DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST/MEDICAL DEVICES
On behalf of our client, an international worldwide well-known company specialized in medical devices based in Solothurn area, we are looking for a DATA COORDINATOR/ FIELD ACTION DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST. This is a contracting position starting ASAP until end of June 2016 with an option to extend.
In this position the DATA COORDINATOR/ FIELD ACTION DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST will be responsible for organizing, filling, and managing documentation related field actions. This includes maintaining of spreadsheets, data entry in centralized databases, record review for accuracy. This role will work cross-functionally with multi-levels of management to collect, analyze and coordinate required data.
You bring to this role:
- 2+ years' experience in a medical devices/pharmaceutical environment
- Experience in records review, remediation or compilation required
- Experience dealing with Swissmedic authorities
- At least BA or BSc./MSc.
- Strong know-how of regulatory, quality or compliance areas
- Good analytical skills
- Proven experience in writing and handling documentation
- Fluent in English, German an advantage
