Field Medical Coordinator Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a FIELD MEDICAL COORDINATOR to join our client in Bridgewater, NJ.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide general administrative duties including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, travel and expense reporting, calendar management, MS Office activities.
- Coordinate activities for large field-based medical teams, may support multiple teams and functions within US Field Medical organization.
- Assist with oversight and management of the departmental budgets, finance related tasks, processing of invoices.
- Project management activities including, but not limited to, vendor oversight, budget management, status reporting for key projects and programs.
- Meeting planning activities and/or oversight of activities including, but not limited to, internal meetings (small and large), external customer meetings, advisory boards.
- Strong commitment to U.S. policies and procedures, corporate compliance, etc.
- Processing of Therapeutic Area Medical Review Committee (TAMRC) materials through electronic system.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Extensive knowledge of word processing and other related office software.
- Packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Must be detailed oriented and able to handle various tasks.
- Must be flexible with work schedule and with overtime.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Must have strong technical expertise with the ability to learn new programs, applications, systems, etc. as needed.
- Project management skills.
