Job Description:

- Installation, maintenance and servicing of all transmission and communications equipment at End-Customers Premises and also in the Customer-owned fixed network.
- Integration, maintenance and fault-restoration in the area of customers wireless Base-Stations including their link structure respecting agreed SLA.
- Hardware up- and downgrades as well as software updates in the area of customers BSS and RAN.
- Maintenance, monitoring and fault finding in the building infrastructure at customers sites.
- Periodical site-checks.
- Accepting and checking of contracts, determining necessary materials and required resources.
- Appointment co-ordination and site access organization.
- Making any necessary tests and measurements.
- Fault localisation and clearing in the communications network in cooperation with carriers, suppliers and NMC.
- Support Field Technician in routine activities
- Support Field Technician in network failures and troubleshooting.
