I am looking for a Fibre Optic Design Engineer for a coming project in August.
Location: Poland (we define city later)
6 month contract starting ASAP
Please give your all inclusive monthly rate according to your experience in the followings:
Requirements: Optical and HFC network high level design:
Preparation of a detailed concept providing the basis for the working design for the network in a given area. The concept must include the required scope of ducting infrastructure, cabinets, fibre-optic and coaxial cables, installation of power supplies, by the third-party and own infrastructure, list of building owners/managers, conceptual method of running the infrastructure (map_view), list of required formal decisions, types and scopes of designs, other characteristic features which may impact the cost of development or delivery time of the development project, preliminary BOM and CL, as well as other data relating to specific aspects.
The concept should be submitted in Smallworld (PRM) system, and contain:
-network scheme preparation: Optical cables routes, from HUB (or other connection point with UPC network) to optical nodes with optical nodes and splitters location.
-network powering diagram preparation
-HUB location proposal for new site
-building optical diagram preparation (RF design) from node to lockbox (box with taps) with calculated RF signal levels, optical power balance etc.
Tools for diagrams: PRM Smallword more than welcome
Polish language as a must +English
