Projektbeschreibung
JOB ROLE:
SENIOR FTTX/FIBRE ENGINEER
- Support operationalizing the active and passive components of FTTx with first-hand experience in O Planning, Engineering, Acceptance testing and process engineering
- Ensure the FTTx Plan meets the Reliability, Quality and ability to operate the network using global best practices
- Document the gaps and recommend the mitigation plan. Define the scope for the further phases of gap closure strategy and provide implementation support.
- Validation of Field activities scope, Acceptance test procedures. Field resources T&D
- Provide global competence and knowledge share of best practices
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Must have experience in Wireline FTTH (or DSL) operations such as customer acquisition, retention and fault rectification
- Must be familiar with FTTH architecture - active and passive network
- Must have knowledge in process flow, KPIs and other measurement matrices pertaining to FTTH performance & optimization
- Must have Commercial/Business and Technical background on FTTH deployment
- Must be familiar with NOC operations/functions
