Fiber Optic Network OSP Team Leader

Projektbeschreibung
We are looking for an experienced Fiber Optic Network OSP Team leader, for our customer located in Haiti.
PRIMARY TASKS:
- Lead the FON OSP maintenance team in the planning and execution of all maintenance activities
- Provide Technology & Procedural training to FON OSP Support Teams
- Provide 2nd Line Technical Support to maintenance teams as required
- Implement Quality Control processes to ensure that maintenance activities are performed in adherence with industry standards
- Ensure that FON OSP teams are equipped with the Tools & Test Equipment required to efficiency conduct support activities
- Assume lead role during network emergencies, ensuring that the defined escalation procedures are followed as per agreement with the customer
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for all service impacting outage or major system failures
- Prepare Weekly/Monthly maintenance reports as needed
- Interface with vendor technical support as required
- Prepare forecast of required Spares and Consumable supplies required to support maintenance activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Typically 3-5 years of experience in leading maintenance teams inside Fiber Optic Network industry
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong command of English
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Initiative and leadership skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- 12 Months contract (extendable)
- Start date: As soon as possible
