Fiber Optic Network OSP Operations Manager

Projektbeschreibung
We are looking for an experienced Fiber Optic Network OSP Operations Manager, for our customer, located in Haiti.
PRIMARY TASKS:
- Manage the FON OSP maintenance team in the planning and execution of all maintenance activities
- Function as the primary point of contact with customer, subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist in developing the department's annual operation budget
- Provide Technology & Procedural training to FON OSP Support Teams
- Provide 2nd Line Technical Support to maintenance teams as required
- Develop and Implement Quality Control processes to ensure that maintenance activities are performed in adherence with industry standards
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for all service impacting outage or major system failures
- Prepare Weekly/Monthly maintenance reports as needed
- Evaluate existing power systems and propose efficiency improvement with supporting documentation where applicable
REQUIREMENTS:
- Typically 5-10 years of experience in managing maintenance teams inside Fiber Optic Network industry
- Strong documentation skills - experience in reporting and budget preparation
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong command of English
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Initiative and leadership skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- 12 Months contract (extendable)
- Start date: As soon as possible
