Festanstellung / Permanent Specialty Developer (m/w)

Responsible for the analysis and development for various projects in the European HR portfolio like Jobs Online Germany, HSSR (replacement of the German and UK Medical System) and EMPR (Employee Recognition Program).

ANFORDERUNG:
Technical Skills (Must Have):
- Requirements Engineering for the implementation of small standard software packages - i.e. medical systems. Able to define/analyse and develop required interfaces to existing systems.
- Java, J2EE development experience with IBM WAS.
- Solid technical understanding of various operating systems (Suse LINUX Enterprise Edition 64-bit, Windows Server 2008 R2).
- Unix shell script development.
- MS Office / Personal Productivity Tools incl. SharePoint Products
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Strong team player
Good communication skills
To be located in Cologne

Technical Skills (Nice to Have):
- PeopleSoft HRMS 8.3 Developer Experience would be nice, but is not a pre-requirement.

Need 2 weeks minimum overlap with existing resource. An earlier start can also be supported.
