The primary function of the Feedback and Complaints analyst will be to analyse the tender response assessments and prepare feedback reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Analyse response assessments & prepare feedback reports for feedback convenor
- Assist with analysis and announcement work for tender applications
- Assist with documentation and support of procurement - tenders, assessment process
- Assist with documentation and support of the contract negotiation process
- Ability to produce repeatable, timely & value add complaint insight reporting to the feedback convener to understand the tenders feedback
- Analyse the root cause of complaint data, creating rich customer insights
- Tertiary degree desirable, but not essential
- Strong understanding of Operational processes, systems & products
- Experience in meeting SLAs or ongoing commitments to stakeholders
- Analyticalability to summarise but also deep dive into data
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Results and solutions driven, execution focused
- Team Player, works as part of a team & connects with others to solve problems
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
