For the Lead/Architect position,
* Should Have minimum 5 year of IT experience, with 3 years in Content Management
* Should have minimum 3 years experience on Fatwire
* Experience on Oracle Web Center 11g would be a major plus
* Should have worked on CS - Engage/Personalization Engine
* Should be hands on J2EE experienced, preferably with knowledge of Spring/Mybatis
* Should have experience on working on JS framework, knowledge of Jquery, JS, Ajax, JSon
