My client is a major global operator in the Investment Banking industry and are looking to hire a FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) subject Matter Expert for a long term contract position to interview in January with a view to an early February start.

This client is a key Financial Markets Infrastructure organisation and needs to ensure ongoing compliance with FATCA. The FATCA SME position represents a great opportunity for an individual from a Tax or Compliance background, with expert knowledge of the FATCA regulations to work for a prestigious brand on a key programme of work. 

You would be responsible for acting as the key point of contact for FATCA in your workstream, liaising with the Tax and Legal teams dedicated to ensuring FATCA compliance. Your role would be to interpret and provide clarity around the regulations and to work with the Business to conduct Business Process Improvement and ensure all processes, systems and strategies are optimal.
