Fatca/CRS - Lead Business Analyst - West Yorkshire

My client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to work in West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for Completing the scope, requirements analysis and business solution design aligned with the strategy for a medium to large sized project or a component(s)/work stream of a large project/programme typically with a small team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:

- Knowledge of Business Change Management Processes
- Complex & extensive Stakeholder Management and Communications skills & experience
- Change Management experience and Migration experience is essential
- Retail Banking & Savings knowledge required
- Previous experience of Data & Archiving solutions required
- Sector knowledge of Financial Services
- Knowledge of previous migrations and multi-stream programmes
- Detailed knowledge of process mapping both as-is and to-be including traceability to IT design documentation
- Ability to articulate detailed requirements and solutions to senior stakeholders ensuring the information is of relevance to the target audience
- Experience of working at system level and willingness to drive to the detail of data field mapping and validation, to support correct allocation of migration strategies for each account type
- Has experience of, and understands migration phases for moving account information from source to target systems
- Able to report on the interdependencies with other resilience work streams
- ISEB qualification, or equivalent

- Credit Risk knowledge
