Projektbeschreibung
A global biopharmaceutical company based in Ireland is currently seeking an FAT Co-ordinator to lead factory acceptance testing deliverables for all equipment, for vendors across Europe.
The Role:
* As per approved FAT Plan, manage and coordinate FAT Team to ensure all deliverables are met as per project schedule and ensure FAT Team have a clear understanding of their individual roles and responsibilities.
* Together with project Leads, develop FAT staffing plan and resource allocation. Revise staffing plan as required to ensure appropriate representation as FAT plans evolve.
* Liaise with CQV Transition Engineer to ensure all Pre FAT Inspection check sheets have been sent and returned as per agreed timeframe. Ensure vendor readiness for all FAT's (Equipment, Utilities, and Personnel).
* Own, coordinate and manage FAT Project Schedule, aligning with Project Scheduler to ensure that all dates are aligned and any delays are reported and plan implemented to recover delay. This will include; Vendor Assessment's, Pre-FAT visits, FAT execution and FAT close-out and release.
* Ensure all FAT Attendees have been appropriately trained on all Project Procedures and SOP's prior to FAT execution.
Skills/Experience:
* Strong project coordination experience on Large Scale Projects.
* Excellent vendor management experience.
* Experience with liaising with other departments and building PMs/leads, ensuring streamlined FAT deliverables for all buildings.
