£23,621 - £26,186 p.a. pro rata - 15 hours per week (job share)
Fixed-term contract, funded initially to March 2017
Together with an existing family support worker, you will support children and their families in two
of the following schools: Blessed George Napier Secondary, St John's and St Joseph's Primary Schools
You must have relevant experience of working directly with vulnerable parents, young people and
children, multi-agency working and home visiting. You will provide a range of support services to
address social and emotional needs of children/young people and their families.
