Family Support Worker

Capita Social Care are recruiting Family Support Workers in Leicester. This role is due to commence ASAP and is on an ongoing contract on an adhoc shift basis. The role will involve working within a Children's Centre, with the successful candidate holding at least a years experience of working as a Family Support Worker within the social care sector. As a family support worker you will need to be able to communicate sensitively and effectively with children and adults, as well as building good relationships with families. You will need to help parents develop the skills they need to run their home and have a strong understanding of child development and the needs of children.

The successful Family Support Worker will have:

* NVQ level 3

* Triple p training

* Children centre experience

* Car preferred but not essential
