THE BIG PICTURE:
The Facility Team Administrator would have the primary responsibility to support facility and project team activates. Tasks would include planning and scheduling tasks, ordering materials, soliciting budgetary quotes, order follow-up, manage work order release/tracking, CAPEX coordination, and change management activity coordination. Additionally, this person will participate in committees, support events and perform other tasks as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Maintain TPM work order system and database.
- PM and Work Order system coordination.
- Produce purchase requisitions to support the needs of the department and events
- Support the maintenance of records, manuals, prints, spare parts, TPM/PM and drawings.
- Manage spare parts and place orders for necessary components to support jobs and tasks
- Be the focal for CAPEX database coordination and reporting.
- Serve as the site CAPEX coordinator.
- Participate in creating project package and getting required approvals for site CAPEX projects.
- Serve as the site Change Management coordinator to ensure that required documentation and reviews are completed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Applicant must be fluent in the use of Microsoft office products.
- Also recommend to have SAP and Agile experience.
- This position is a year contract, paying between $20 - $25 per hour.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with two (2) years of applicable experience.
