For our client in the life-science industry based in Basel we are looking for a:

Facility Specialist

Requested activities:
- Coordination of meetings including meeting minutes
- Coordination of action tracker
- Support in Powerpoint preparation
- tLCM writing (word document)
- support in business case preparation
- support in COGs (cost of goods) assessment
- meeting organization for sub tasks
- support in Powerpoint preparation
- Organize governance meetings (preparation, meeting minutes and follow up)

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Technical skills
- Basis understanding of finance (business plan, cost evaluation, capacity evaluation
- Well capable to work with excel and Powerpoint
- Experienced in managing meetings of larger group (15-20 people)
