FACILITY COST & PLANNING PROJECT MANAGER
Facility Cost & Planning project manager is urgently required for our market leading client. The Facility Cost & Planning project manager will be responsible for the coordination of space, infrastructure, people and organization of all delegated projects.
The Project Office is responsible for control & analysis of in housing/construction projects and space & move management in branches & large buildings, with focus upon budgets, forecasting, schedule & scope.
- Support Project Manager with financial& planning follow-up of their projects
- Follow-up & analysis of planning & evolution of cash flow of several projects
- Collect & analyse the required information of the projects to be able to consolidate the budget, planning & forecast of the different divisions. You contact project managers & management to achieve the required information
- Follow-up & prepare consolidated planning on division level with projection of the monthly progress
- Determine the degree of detail needed for the different internal clients: from a high level communication planning to an operational progress follow-up
- Analysis & monitoring of actual costs & operational indicators, on a monthly basis, with a view of respecting/exceeding the yearly forecast and prepares reporting to internal stakeholders and management
- Elaboration of dashboards and follow-up of financial, planning, managerial and/or operational KPI's
- Contribution to ad-hoc financial, business or investment analyses upon request of management (eg. benchmarking)
- Education: Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in Engineering/Architecture
- Languages: French - Independent user, Dutch - Independent user, English - Proficient user
- You have profound knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables), MS Project and MS PowerPoint
