Mission responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed planning;
* Follow-up of the construction/works phases;
* Reconfigure existing spaces and plan new offices space;
* Respect URS and be careful to quality;
* Respect of HSE rules : job risk analysis (JRA), work's permit, spot checks worksite;
* Report contingencies, HSE risks, constraints and manage the follow-up;
* Organize and schedule worksite meetings with all the participants (project team, subcontractors, HSE);
* Follow-up of the planning.
* Provisional acceptance and close follow-up till final acceptance of the works;
* Approval as-built documentation and provide it to DAO.
* Manage all minutes of different meeting: kick-off, worksite, &;
* Manage and follow-up of action-log folder.
Specific professional/technical expertise and key skills required:
* Self-motivated, with a clear goal-oriented spirit and high level of accountability;
* Agility to be a team leader on worksite;
* Organizational skills, accuracy, solutions oriented;
* Ability to manage external partners;
* Excellent communication skills with a keen understanding of people ideas and organizations;
* Strong problems solving;
* Technical background in construction
* Excellent in French
