Facilities Specialist/Senior Service Technician Job

FACILITIES SPECIALIST/SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SUMMIT, NEW JERSEY.

- Maintenance
- Mechanical
- cGMPs

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Normal Operation of All Facility Related Mechanical Equipment Systems.
- Preventative Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Repairs and Calibration.
- Centrifugal and Reciprocating Chillers.
- Water Distribution systems; Domestic, Cold & Hot, Chilled & D.I.
- Monitoring and Control of systems utilizing computer driven Building Automation System (BAS).
- Following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and good business practices (G).

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- 8-12 years Commercial experience.
- Technical school training and/or field experience in AC, Heating, Chilled Water Systems, Building Automation controls.
- Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Pharmaceutical experience
- Boiler Seal experience
