Facilities Project Manager

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER to join our client in Miami, FL.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER:

- Responsible for Facilities and Infrastructure Management, Project/Program Management, Operations Management, Global Sourcing, Functional Training, Business Process, Process Improvements, and Transformation Initiatives.
- Implement and Manage strategies on sourcing, procuring goods/services and focusing on cost reduction, decreased cycle times, streamlining operations, and business alignment.
- Build out of new facilities.
- Work with heads of Enterprise groups, Networking, Telecom, Data Center, Service desk/desktop support, Application teams to facilitate build out of new offices.
- Lead and conduct weekly status calls.
- Site meetings to oversee progress and make sure project milestones are met.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to work on multiple projects, office remodels/restructurings.
