Facilities Process Leader Job

FACILITIES PROCESS LEADER needed for a 12 MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Waukesha, WI.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- AutoCAD (RECENT EXPERIENCE)
- Building Codes
- Facility Layout, Planning, Design, Programming, Furnishings

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide technical expertise, leadership, and coordination in the areas of office programming, space planning, and furnishings within Client facilities.
- Creatively design effective layouts to improve customer service, quality and cost decisions.
- Support building projects by delivering cost effective solutions to meet client CTQ's and ensure compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
- Meet project objectives by balancing scope of work, schedule, cost and quality for projects.
- Maintain Contractor Safety Program and assure all contractors are in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain office and building standards by working within corporate guidelines.
- Assist with controlling costs associated with maintaining the facility, equipment, and furnishings.
- Coordinate movers, installers and electricians in the installation and reconfiguration of cubicle, private offices, or common area furniture.
- Review all building related invoices and process payments in a timely fashion.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Minimum five (5) years facility experience
- Recent AutoCAD Experience REQUIRED!
- Experience in project management including proven ability to work with multiple constituencies and drive efforts spanning a wide range of functions
- Must be able to multi-task and work effectively in a high volume, customer service oriented and time sensitive work environment
- Familiarity with building regulatory codes and standards
- Strong ability to interface with vendors/contractors
- Customer service focused and driven
