A fantastic opportunity has become available at one of our largest and most established clients. They require an experienced and knowledgeable Facilities Manager to join their team.


- Fostering landlord/tenant relationships and good liaison.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory aspects of facilities management and ensure good record keeping.
- First point of contact for response and diagnose of issues, leading locally to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Ensure the business is provided with appropriate facilities that are safe efficient and sufficiently insured and protected.
- To undertake regular documented site walkrounds with the team to ensure the highest standards are being maintained.
- To maintain a robust but productive liaison with the service providers, documenting key discussion points and driving positive liaison to improve response times and reduce costs.
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- To vet and approve (first stage) any invoices as appropriate.
- Regularly monitor fixed and reactive costs to ensure the optimal model is being followed.
- Manage the process in identifying areas where savings can be achieved to reduce the current spend in the budget.
- Support the management of compliance and risk and help identify and reduce risks as per needs of local business.
- Ensure that any requirements identified regarding the physical security of all buildings occupied by the business is in accordance with Global Security standards are addressed in addition to the standards required under the local law and regulation.
- Supporting and adding local direction to all Office Services functions as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Ensure the HSE policy is implemented and visible to the team and that they are aware of their responsibilities and duties.
- Assist in providing regular Health and Safety training to the business as required.


- Minimum 10 years solid Facilities Management experience in a high end corporate environment .
- Experience of 'client side' Facilities Management with a focus on customer service and vendor management delivery.
- Membership of an accredited Facilities Management body desirable eg BIFM
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent essential.

£350-450 Per Day
