Facilities Manager - Maintenance Supervision

Primary responsibility for leading and deploying a broad range of key site services for a set of selected Regional Campus(es) including but not limited to: security, mailroom, food services, graphics/reproduction, mail copy services, housekeeping, conference room management, AV, pest control, shipping and receiving, grounds maintenance, space planning management.

The position serves as single point of accountability at regional campus level for soft services with high focus on customer service

Deploys soft services standards aligned with business priorities as set by site/campus LT. These standards are developed collaboratively under direction of the WWETO Enterprise Facilities Management Center of Excellence (EFM COE).

Responsibilities also include: Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for one or more services such as Customer Relationship Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Management, Contractual Obligations, Contractor Safety and EHS Compliance

Manage priorities for soft services delivery including the development of performance based contracts and support the regional facilities management teams in delivery of soft services to KPI/targets as well as timing on both business and standardization expectations. Works with regional facilities lead to integrate various business expectations in these priorities. Ability to represent the facilities management team with senior leaders is essential in this.

Manage and leverage resources for soft services deployment including; Insource/outsource and associated headcount, training/competency strategy and management, contract delivery and service delivery site/platform/business master plan, and budget. Expertise in project execution is essential in this.

Responsible for managing the operational and life cycle management of soft services performance based contracts. Oversee budget, capacity management, service upgrade plans, and changes in service levels.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for soft service execution. Support the Center of Excellence (CoE) as a cross-site expert and participate in updating global standards and contract development and negotiations.

Incumbent will support one/multiple site(s) including supply chain and non supply chain

Headcount/contract management: 20-25 HCs (large Sites), 8-12 HCs (small Sites) + Contractors (depending on amount and number of Projects and site specific contracts)

- Degree in an Engineering/Business or equivalent discipline with supervisory experience required.
- Related experience in facilities management preferred
- MBA desirable
- PE/PEx/FPx certification desirable
- Years of experience: Sr Manager: BS 12-15 year, Manager: BS 9-12 year
- And/Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Contract negotiation/execution and project management skills.
- Expertise in Contract Management and Customer Relationship Management.
- Good Written and oral communications at different Organizational levels
- Financial/budget management
- Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a Matrix environment.
- Ability to focus strategically while maintaining a tactical/operational focus
- Ability to lead diverse teams through change and organizational transformation
- Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations
- Influencing skills and strong analytical skills
- Broad understanding of facilities management and Compliance, GMP, EHS, SOX and other regulatory standards
- Ability/experience in managing an outsourced staff
- Leadership capabilities including talent development and performance management
