Projektbeschreibung
The primary focus of the role will be to lead the provision of a premises and services management service for the whole of a specified building group, including service delivery management and customer account role. This will include offices, technical areas, workshops, storage, external areas and garaging.
Requirements for this role are NEBOSH and IOSH and extensive team management experience as the candidate will need to manage a team of 12 people on two different sites.
Customer Liaison
Act as a point of contact for individual customers, including regular customer visits.
Continually improve customer service.
Services
Maintain and enhance working relationships with Service Partners.
Ensure a smooth interface to deliver the highest possible standards to the customer.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and events.
Maintaining and updating records, files and logbooks including:
Accident Report book/Fire Certificate logbook
Lost Property logbook
Transport Collect/Delivery information
Restricted Key lists
Health & Safety
Maintain a safe working environment.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and current Health and Safety legislation.
Incident management.
Team
Assist in the implementation of effective communication processes across the Facilities & Office Service team locally and globally.
