Projektbeschreibung

We have an exciting 12 month contract opportunity for a Manager, Facilities Operations, reporting to the Senior Manager, Real Estate and Projects, and supporting the EMEA Facilities team: performing activities that fully support EMEA capital projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The planning and delivery of various types of capital projects, including, but not limited to; construction, building services, building fabric, landscaping and furniture.
- Supports larger cross functional projects where required.
- The reporting of individual project status, highlighting risks and solutions, ensuring that information is presented in a clear fashion.
- The financial oversight of projects, including robust contract and change management procedures, as well as budgetary and resource accountability.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working as Part of the Real Estate and Projects Team and closely with IT partners on the delivery of projects.
- Preparation of Capital and Operational expenditure project budgets.
- Preparation and management of full project tender process.
- Management of external professionals eg project management, cost management, architects, engineering and general contractor companies.
- Coordination of property project information with Regional and local Facilities Managers as well as the Real Estate and Projects team.
- Bi-weekly RAG reporting of all active projects.
- Creation and maintenance of auditable, project specific, control files.
- Management/assistance with churn and office relocations where required.
- Creation and maintenance of technical information documentation, including instructions, specifications and safety information in a clear concise manor using predominantly AutoCAD and MS Office software products.
- Assistance with the development and implementation of procedures and processes, to ensure a consistent approach to Facilities project management.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Manages multiple projects of significant complexity and risk.
- Interacting with consultants, contractors and/or vendors on facilities and property matters.
- Management of EH&S for capital projects.
- Management of contractors and third party suppliers.
- Compliance with company policy for procurement of facilities services and goods.
- Maintenance of accurate documents and plans for all capital projects.
- Production of timely, accurate and up to date reports for Management meetings and business reviews.
- Providing systems training where required.
- Presenting high quality data, graphs and information at Management and business review meetings.
