Facilities Manager- 3 Month Contract- Weybridge- to £235 per day

My client, a leading public sector organisation, is seeking to recruit a skilled Facilities Manager to join their team onsite in Weybridge. As a Facilities Manager, you will be required to work alongside a team, monitoring the contracted service provider's operational performance against contracted SLAs and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in Facilities Management and be educated to degree level or equivalent.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

*Monitor the contracted service provider's operational performance against contracted SLAs and KPIs.
*To respond, take action and escalate H&S and statutory compliance risks and issues
*Ensure the contractat all times work to achieve customer satisfaction and that appropriate service is delivered
*Seek 'value for money' solutions for delivering improved service.
*Provide timely and accurate management reports identifying any major issues or trends.
*Assume a managing role in the response to BAU activities that may have a detrimental impact on the customer and their business
*Assume a managing role in the response to any disaster or major incident that may arise.
*Incident Control management including assisting in the recruitment, training and support of ICO's.
*Act as auditor for Network Corporate Services.
*Co-ordinate the production of performance reports, carry out analysis of the results and take appropriate action to ensure continuous improvement is achieved.
*Proactive monitoring of a mixed portfolio of buildings (office and science buildings)
*Review the planning and implementation of people moves.

Key Knowledge and Skills

*Fully or partly qualified in Facilities Management (hold or are working toward a Degree or BTEC)
*Engineering qualification or background
*IT skills inc. MS Word, Excel & Project to intermediate level.
*Familiarity with AutoCad & Maximo (CAFM).
*Project management capability
*Excellent analytical and presentational skills
*Facilities management experience and/or qualification.
*Highly developed customer skills
*Contract management.
*Experience with technical contract management.
