I am looking to hire a FACILITIES MANAGER for one of my Public Sector Client. Please read the below job Specification

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Co-ordinate the production of performance reports, carry out analysis of the results and take appropriate action to ensure continuous improvement is achieved.

Proactive monitoring of a mixed portfolio of buildings (office and science buildings)

Review the planning and implementation of people moves.

Manage and monitor the performance of a large and diverse FM delivery contract ensuring that it delivers against agreed KPI targets and service standards. Responsible for the overall implementation of health and safety matters impacting upon the buildings and persons using, or affected by the use of those buildings.

Liaise proactively with customers to establish a consistent and coordinated approach to Quality, Compliance and Health and Safety matters across the site supported by robust and accurate management information.

Work effectively alongside civil service colleagues providing advice on technical issues including mechanical and electrical matters etc.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

Fully or partly qualified in Facilities Management (hold or are working toward a Degree or BTEC).

IT skills inc. MS Word, Excel & Project to intermediate level.

Project management capability

Excellent analytical and presentational skills

Facilities management experience and/or qualification.

Highly developed customer skills

Contract management.

DESIRABLE

Experience with technical contract management.

Familiarity with AutoCad & Maximo (CAFM).

Engineering qualification or background
