Facilities Manager, Maidenhead

Currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager working for a leading organisation based in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

As Facilities Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Facilities and assisting in the delivery of all FM Services in Data Centre properties and corporate offices. You will ensure these are delivered satisfactorily via outsourced partners and support the properties in an efficient and effective manner to drive customer satisfaction and reduce unnecessary cost. You will act as the liaison point between office staff and outsource partners ensuring effective cooperation between all stakeholders and that all projects and processes are well planned and executed as well as challenging the business to simplify everything that we do that interfaces with stakeholders.

This is an initial interim 4 month contract and you will be required to start ASAP. You will be based in Maidenhead with minimal travel

THE ROLE

You will assist in the running of all hard, soft and catering FM services provided to the business. This will involve coordination of all queries raised by stakeholders, and regular review meetings with outsourced partners. There are approximately 100 team members (internal and external) that contribute to the delivery of FM, and the budget for these services is £6m per annum. You will manage each contract to its contractual KPI's and SLA's, with a view to introducing stretch targets to further enhance the services

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of management reporting from 3rd party suppliers on activities/expenditure and trend analysis and using this information to shape future planning and activity
FM management for the office and DC portfolio, management of the maintenance contracts, ensuring the estate base remains fit for purpose
Point of contact for management of the escalation of complaints and issues, analysing common trends and providing reports as required
Analysis and management of all PPM regimes to drive accurate budgeting and detailed ten year investment programmes.
Effective relationship management between key departments to identify and recommend solutions to maintain our brand.
Ability to identify and lead projects that effect facilities and manage relationships between departments to drive efficiencies and savings.

KNOWLEDGE

Excellent written and oral communication
Sense of partnership with outsourced providers
Strong stakeholder engagement can successfully engage and influence multiple stakeholders with different needs and points of view.
Resilient and flexible, thrives in being at the heart of a team.
Working knowledge of facilities services, preferably both client and supplier side
Experience of working and managing tight budgets
Experience of managing 3rd parties to KPI's and SLA's
