Facilities Manager required to be responsible for the delivery of a number of high and low projects through 2013 varying from Office refurbishment to new build.

Typical activities will include:
Responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering the project from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, construction, start-up, snagging and hand over to the customer.
Management of a contract or set of contracts to meet the project schedule, including preparation of progress and forecast reports and management plans
Resolve problems and coordinates the final turnover of the project to the customer.
Overall responsibility for Program/Project execution, ensuring that Program/Project is delivered within contract requirements, standards of quality and safety and to Customer and company performance expectations.
The writing of Statement of Works.
Managing of sub contractors.
Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to on site.
Taking ownership and deliver project from Cradle to grave.

The successful candidate will have the below skills:
Experience in the management of commercial projects up to £750k.
HND, HNC or equivalent.
IT skills with regard to MS Excel, Word and e-mail.
Good Communication skills, verbal and written.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a security vetting proceedure.
