Facility Support Engineer. Qualified candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management, to include managing outside contractors, managing expansion and improvements, and preparing budgets and cost estimates. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with a manufacturer of heavy industrial products in the vicinity of Aiken, SC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develops project requirements and assists in contract negotiations
- Directs building infrastruture and systems
- Prepares budgets and cost estimates
- Participates in group and technical meetings

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related tehnical field with at least five years experience
- Demonstrated experience in facilities engineering and management
- Experience with MS Office products
- Ability to read blueprints / schematics, cut sheets
