FACILITIES COORDINATOR is needed for a CONTRACT position with Yoh's client located in FREEMONT, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Coordination of maintenance and facilities operations

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for Ultrapure water system, HVAC systems, clean room, and other systems by coordination activities with the vendors and service providers
- Issue purchase orders and requisitions
- Verify proper completion of all purchasing documents and keep on file
- Complete daily and monthly production reports
- Pay invoices
- Order office and other misc supplies as needed
- Do general administrative duties for site manager
- Maintain spare parts inventory
- Provide support to lab operations, as needed
- Assist in processing standard operating procedures
- Log daily plant activities
- Distribute incoming mail and prepare packages for shipping
- Assist requisitioners in placing orders with P-Cards
- Prepares and maintains spreadsheets, reports, and presentations, as required
- Provide water sampling

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma, higher education preferred
- Basic computer skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good oral and written communication
- Good organization skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
