Facilities Coordinator/Facilities Manager/CMMS Planner required for a world leading Healthcare company based out of Cardiff for a 6 month initial contract.

Candidates required to provide facility planning and administration of maintenance management system, purchasing systems and other admin systems to help support the day to day operations of the facilities team.

Roles and responsibilities

* Record new requirements - Leaking Pipe

* Coordination of new work requests

* Facilities and Asset Management of complex manufacturing equipment

* General Administration Tasks on computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) and Purchasing systems

* Liaising with Suppliers

* General interface for the Facilities for the site (Site is 30 acres)

Essential skills and competencies

* Previous experience with CMMS Tools such as Sapphire, IBM Maximo Infor EAM

* At least 5 years experience in administration ideally in maintenance or production environment

* Experience in facilities management or operations management

* Heavy Manufacturing - Direct exposure to facilities management

Desirable Skills and competencies

* Engineering Background

* Experience in Heavy Manufacturing environment - Direct exposure to facilities management

* Experience with providing Administrative support in a purchasing or financial controls function
