Facilities Co-Op

We currently have an unpaid co-op opportunity for an enthusiastic student looking to gain experience in space development and Facilities Management. The chosen student will support the Head of Facilities Management for the Americas and be responsible for the following: · Work space planning · Space management using CAD and Rivet · Communicating with landlord, contractors, and vendors regarding scope of work · Creating organizational charts · Ad hoc administrative duties Qualifications
· Working towards a major in Interior Design, Facilities Management/Planning, or Architecture · Experience with CAD and Rivet programs · Good writing and presentation skills Joining our team will provide you with invaluable corporate experience at an international company.
