To assist the Facilities Coordinator with the establishment of a new office in Central London
To assist with the move and settling in of staff into the new office
To ensure the new office has all the necessary facilities for a productive working environment such as lighting, heating, air conditioning, stationery, tea, water, coffee, cleaning, rubbish disposal, office equipment, printer ink, etc
To keep the kitchen clean and stocked with tea, coffee, water, milk, sugar etc
To provide tea, coffee and water in meeting rooms and clear away afterwards
To assist in dealing with security issues at new office such as issue of passes
Liaise with and supervise contractors
Experience/qualifications:
Some previous experience in running office facilities and/or administrative experience
