Facilities Administrator required for a world leading Defence and Aerospace Company based out of Fort Halstead in Kent for a 6 month initial contract. Candidate required to provide general administrative support to the facilities manager at the site.

Skills and Competencies required

. Knowledge and experience of corporate systems such as SAP

. Excellent IT skills specifically with Microsoft Office packages

. Excellent administration and communication skills are required

. Ability to deal with high work load

. Good telephone and customer-facing skills, strong organisational skills

. Ability to manage and multitask and manage priorities

Desirable skills and competencies

. Ideally possess Baseline security clearance (not mandatory)

Roles and responsibilities

. Asset management on SAP system

. Assisting to monitor and control all helpdesk tasks

. Track and record all audit responses

. Arranging stakeholder meeting and minute taking during meetings

. General archiving of all facilities documentation and housekeeping on systems

. Responsible for all data management and configuration control within the department and ensuring information is kept up to date

. Delivering an efficient and customer focused service by processing all communications in a timely manner, taking messages, copying and distributing information as necessary

. Undertaking general clerical and administrative tasks to support the business as required
