Start date: JULY 15TH, 2013
Location: TORONTO (extensive travel across Canada will be required)
Rate: $50-70/HOUR
Our client is a large Financial Instutation. They require several Facilitator's for a Retail Credit Transformation Project.
The role is accountable to deliver national technical training to a mortgage specialist audience.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- SAP delivery experience is an asset and preference will be given to those individuals with this skill set
- 5+ years technical facilitation experience (Oracle/PeopleSoft)
- Financial/business acumen - credit/mortgages
- Proficient in technical applications/implementations
- Ability to travel for extensive periods of time (June - October 2013)
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Delivers technical training to a mortgage specialist audience in major cities across Canada (June 1, 2013 to October ) as deployed by Learning Lead
- Maintains daily communication with Learning Lead and escalates issues immediately
- Creates a positive and effective learning experience for all class participants
- Delivers with ease in an instructor-led classroom environment and can deliver content with impact
- Supports adult learning principles in all deliveries (encourages participation, effective questioning, creates a respectful environment and escalates concerns)
- Is the face of our Client for learners, ensuring a positive employee experience
- Demonstrates ability to self-manage time and schedule in off site locations
- Works collaboratively with others by preparing and practicing for deliveries
- Ability to receive constructive feedback professionally and adapts quickly to suggested changes
- Demonstrates ability to work in a changing environment and handle last minute changes
