EYFS Reception Teacher

Capita Education Resourcing would like to welcome a dedicated primary school teacher to apply for this reception teacher job starting in January situated in Colchester.

This is an outstanding school which is 3 form entry. Capita Education is seeking a primary teacher that is adaptable and competent.
This is a fantastic opportunity should you wish to develop your teaching skills in a high achieving school. NQT's are welcome with experience in early years.

The successful candidate will support the schools working ethos as well as possess strong planning and behaviour management skills.

Main duties will include:

*To establish a purposeful learning environment
*To adhere to a clear framework for classroom discipline and strategies for recognising, encouraging and rewarding good behaviour
*To set challenging teaching and learning objectives which are relevant to all pupils
*To make appropriate use of a range of monitoring and assessment strategies to evaluate pupils progress
*Demonstrate commitment to professional development and learning and development of pupils.

Successful Primary Teachers must have:
* QTS & eligibility to work within the UK
* Promote equal opportunities in the classroom
* Extensive subject knowledge
* Think and plan strategically
* Commitment to learning and development of pupils
* Teach at a consistently good and outstanding level
* Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students
* Experienced Primary Teachers and NQTs welcome
