EY-Head of Department FL Brussels

We are currently looking for a Head of department for a freelance contract in a well-known company located in Brussels. Are you interested or do you know people in your network? Please find the job description below.

Role:

- Responsible for managing the budget and portfolio in line with de the Business with a focus on total cost of ownership
- Coordinate a team of 30 persons in near and 90 persons on site
- Assure compliance with given client offers ( in terms of budget, timing, quality and solution design)
- Guarantee proper and efficient communication to the team at all times
- Assure conformity with the defined IT process standards and reporting on process status to the COO office

Profile:

- At least 15 years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Manager and Program manager
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Economy or information technology
- A solid experience in managing a large IT department, service in complex and delivering solutions
- Capacity to demonstrated leadership with an ability to communicate complex information
- Able to do people management ( strong communication skills, create a dynamic and motivating work environment)
- Experience in the Financial sector is a plus
- Able to manage with high complexity and business pressure
- Trilingual ( Dutch/ French/ English)
