Extensions Coordinator - Maidenhead - 12 months

Capita Managed Services are looking to recruit an Extensions Coordinator to join our busy Business Support Services Team, working alongside the Internal and Managed Service recruitment teams.

Our Extensions Coordinators are responsible for processing all contract extensions, amendments and terminations accurately and efficiently in line with agreed compliance and time-scale targets.

Core duties and responsibilities include:

* To act congruently with the Capita culture, taking an active role in the Extensions Team across all Capita's Business Support team accounts.
* To assist in raising the Capita profile across the Capita internal and Managed Service client community by acting in a professional and helpful manner
* Request all extension and finisher information and ensure the hiring manager and candidate and updated throughout the process, in line with team SLA's
* Responsible for the extensions in-box, ensuring that all emails are handled within 24 hours and process checklists are completed correctly
* Liaise closely with candidates, 2nd tier suppliers and hiring managers to ensure the process is managed through in an efficient, timely manner
* To process contract extensions, terminations and amendments as appropriate, updating systems accordingly
* To ensure all issues and queries are managed and escalated in a timely manner to the relevant parties

Essential
* Proven experience managing a high-volume workload with speed and accuracy
* Computer literacy: intermediate MS Office experience, particularly Outlook and Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Proven accurate data entry: able to process large amounts of information quickly, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
* Experience in a Customer service environment and excellent interpersonal skills at all levels

In addition, knowledge of the whole temporary recruitment life cycle would be highly beneficial.
