EXT34320 DDS SAP Billing Developer

Capita's key utilities client is currently recruiting for an SAP Billing Developer for an initial 3 month contract to be based in Crawley, working on a Smart Metering Programme.

The selected candidate is responsible for the development of a SAP ISU billing code, coupled with being responsible for ensuring that deadlines for build and technical specification as per Project standards are completed on time. The jobholder's principle challenge is to deliver code with no defects in code implemented in production. The requests that are channelled through the build lead can be varied and wide-ranging; the workload is dependent on the type of request. The developer would have analysed the proposed system changes (an analytical mind is required) and identified best possible technical solution.

As an experienced developer additional tasks would be set on advising and mentoring a junior member of the team. The post-holder will be part of the build team, and report to an Assignment Manager/Sponsor for any given piece of work.
