Are you an experienced Export and Shipping clerk looking to join a dynamic and fun team? Then look no further!

Our client is a global Industrial gas company seeking a switched on and attentive Export Documentation Clerk to join their shipping team. The successful candidate will have experience in Export documentation within a shipping environment with good Excel skills and ideally have SAP experience.

Job Description:
Material tracking
Raising call forward instructions
Logging Good Receipt Notes (GRN's)
Maintaining the stock lists for the projects as and when goods are received
Query tag issues with vendors
Logging shipment references on the Material index
Uploading shipping documentation on to relevant project sharesite/project drive
Shipping documentation
Raising necessary shipping documentation for project shipments/shippex shipments
Invoicing
Getting vendors set up in SAP
Printing invoices from Project Shipping inbox
Scanning all invoices
Raising eform per invoice
Processing through SAP
Sending relevant PO framework invoices to accounts

ANY INVOICE QUERIES
Chasing up approval and payment, wrong AP entity, wrong charge code
Raising shipment paperwork and getting all related approval from Express - invoice, certificate of origin, bill of lading, sending tech documentation.
Updating the project site with shipping documentation
Updating the project site with shipping registers/expediting reports/forecast ship dates
Tees Valley 2 Project (TV2)
Upload all Shipping releases received onto the TV2 sharesite
Create a new outlook folder for all Shipping releases received
Monitor TV2 Status report from Transcar and upload to TV2 sharesite
