EXPORT COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Olean, NY.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Shipping/Receiving in manufacturing.
- AES account experience.
- COO and NAFTA experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Coordinates and prepares parts for shipment to customers
- Prepares packing lists, shipping labels, bills of lading and coordinates export documentation of shipments to customers.
- Coordinates shipment of parts orders and audits all related documents for accuracy.
- Assigns methods of shipments by utilizing company discount programs and customer requests to ensure the best service is provided to customers.
- Assist with annual plant wide inventory counting process.
- Prepare Export Shipping Documents for aftermarket parts and contract shipment.
- Prepare invoice from system or from proforma invoices provided by the customer.
- Prepare certs (Origin, Manufacture, Conformance/Compliance).
- File for AES or fill out a SLI (Shippers Letter of Instruction).
- Collect export classification information from Suppliers.
- NAFTA certificates, review them for accuracy, and maintain them in order to reduce the duty fees for the company.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two (2) years of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Have had an Automated Export System (AES) account and filed documents online.
- Experience with certificate of origin (COO), NAFTA or any related export compliance documents.
- Experience preparing export documents for shipping.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficient with Excel and Word.
