Site Manager Factory Construction (m/w/d)

For one of our customers we are currently looking for an site manager factory construction.

Tasks include:
+ Responsible for planning, organizing and execution of complex plant implementations for secure identity solutions
+ Ensuring proper and timely execution of the plant construction and implementation as part of a large customer project in the government business area.
+ Ensuring technical clarifications and optimizations during tender, award and implementation execution phase
+ Monitoring and control of deliverables, timeline and budget using defined KPIs (e.g. schedule, budget, quality, customer satisfaction)
+ Planning, coordination and management of resources and sub-contractors
+ Leadership and motivation of the assigned project team for successful execution within the overall project context
+ Reviewing execution of work packages and deliverables regarding quality, timeline, budget, resources and risks (technical, contractual and commercial)
+ Control and cooperation within the overall project as well as with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
+ Presentation of project status, decision requests, solution proposals to the project lead and steering board
+ Preparation of project management documentation and project reporting (e.g. exception and highlight reports)

+ Substantial long-term experience and proven track record in project management and implementation of complex plant implementations, preferably in international government projects
+ Expert knowledge of building lots, construction and implementation phases
+ Experience with IT applications for building implementations and MS Office applications
+ Good communicator with ability to communicate complex topics to peers and stakeholders
+ Used to act with a high degree of personal responsibility, target- and solution oriented working methods
+ Good decision preparation and decision making capabilities
+ Solution oriented negotiation skills
+ Interpersonal skills to deal with building / technical staff as well as with customers at ministerial and management level
+ Intercultural experience enabling good interaction with different cultures
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
